A race for women by women meets training by women for women. Join us to train for Every Woman’s Marathon on Nov. 16th in Savannah, GA!

What you’ll get

  • A private Facebook and Strava group to connect with other Project Arrow members and cheer each other on!

  • Marathon Nutrition, Sport Psychology, and Pelvic Floor seminars included. Ability to join virtually or in person! These will be brought to us by FuelNC, RunRaleigh & Work it Out Sport Psychology.

  • Built for all skill levels and abilities! We will have different training plan options based on current fitness level. These will be assigned in a group coaching format with some customization.

What’s inside

16 Week Training Plan

All sign-ups will fill out a questionnaire to help us assign the appropriate training. Then each member will be paired with one of our coaches who will monitor training and be available to answer questions and make adjustments.

VDOT automatically assigns paces but each coach will work with each athlete to make sure these are correct!

16 Week Strength Plan

Our NSCA Certified personal trainer, Tracie Rodriguez, will assign a strength plan through TrainHeroic. TrainHeroic includes video guidance on how to perform each exercise. Tracie will be available to help answer questions along the way!

Training is designed for runners and will take in to account experience level & equipment access.

Extras!

All members will get a custom singlet for race day. Additionally, we will have a private Facebook group and Strava group for members to join if they choose. We will also offer seminars on nutrition, sports psychology and pelvic floor health & PT! These will be recorded and streamed for remote athletes or for those who can’t watch live.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • Once we close the window to join, we wll place the order. From there it will take 8-10 weeks to ship to us. Expect around 10-12 weeks. We will send updates along the way to all members.

  • Yes! Once we get closer to the date we will organize some fun in person events on race weekend!

  • We will order a few extras but cannot guarantee a substitution will be available. For sizing question, refer to the Rabbit site.

  • We will cap sign-us at 30. After that point, we will create a wait-list in case anyone is unble to continue before training starts.

  • We have created a members only space where recordings will be uploaded for viewing at any time!

  • Training will start the last week of July on Monday July 29th. This is 16 weeks before race day.

  • Our coaches will do our best to help rehab you and work through any injuries but if an injury prevents us from training or racing, we can accommodate a refund at request.
