Gen-UCAN Banana Pancakes

Lately I have been on a mission to make UCAN not only a drinkable pre-workout, post-workout, or general snack, but an edible one as well. I started with some simple UCAN Peanut Butter balls which I eat as a snack or pre/during run fuel. I then modified a new favorite banana pancake recipe by Cookie & Kate and this was the result!
