Gen-UCAN Banana Pancakes

Lately I have been on a mission to make UCAN not only a drinkable pre-workout, post-workout, or general snack, but an edible one as well. Norm's Farms Immune Boosting Overnight Oats

After coming down with a chest cold in the week before the trials I was not going to let the same thing happen before Indy Monumental. Two of my coworkers came down with bad colds and I was paranoid I would end up in the same boat. So I did three things: I got at least 8 hours of sleep each night, carried disinfectant wipes with me around the office, and added elderberry jam and wellness syrup to my overnight oats.
