In the past 3 weeks I have been in a break period from running. Post marathon I didn't run for 10 days in an effort to allow my body to fully recover. Before this fall season started I took a month off from training. I only ran 3-5 miles every 2 or 3 days when I felt like it. I upped my strength training a bit to focus on improving my glute and hip strength. I wanted to make a full recovery from my period of overtraining so that I could start fresh.
